Skanska has signed a contract with Aspelin Ramm Fastigheter for the acquisition of four properties in Mölndal, Sweden, with about 350 building rights for housing in total. The property value amounts to about SEK 280M.

The properties are part of the Pedagogen Park development area in the city of Mölndal, which will consist of around 1, 000 new homes.

The transfer of the properties to Skanska takes place as the zoning plan is gaining momentum, which is expected to occur in the third quarter 2018.

The commercial development stream is also active in Denmark. Skanska offers services in public-private partnerships. Skanska had sales of about SEK 67 billion and more than 15, 000 employees in its Nordic operations during 2016.
