CIMIC Group's CPB Contractors wins $379m Nepean Hospital Redevelopment

CIMIC Group company CPB Contractors has been selected by the NSW Government to deliver the Nepean Hospital Redevelopment Stage 1.

The NSW Government funded project, involving construction of a new 14-storey clinical building, will generate revenue of approximately $379 million to CPB Contractors. The award follows CPB Contractors' recent selection by the NSW Government to deliver the Campbelltown Hospital Redevelopment Stage 2 project.

Work has already commenced at Nepean Hospital and is expected to be completed in 2021.

The new facility, across a building area of over 55,000m² at the existing hospital site in Kingswood in Western Sydney, will include a new emergency department, more than 200 overnight beds and more than 12 new operating theatres.
