BAM Deutschland AG (the German operating company of Royal BAM Group nv, specialising in general building projects) has won a contract to construct a Fire and Rescue Services Centre in Leverkusen (north of Cologne), with a contract value of approximately €40 million. This PPP contract is commissioned by Madora GmbH & Co. KG and funded by LHI Leasing GmbH. The Centre provides office and living quarters for 130 employees and includes a control centre, training and fitness rooms and a workshop.
