BAM completes two hotels in Indonesia

BAM International, the operating company of Royal BAM Group active outside of Europe, has completed the construction of the GTV Hotel in Cikarang, approximately fifty kilometres east of Jakarta, Indonesia, as well as the Margo Hotel in Depok, south of Jakarta.

BAM's scope of work on the 12,000 m2 building area for the GTV Hotel included the piling, the construction of the hotel's structure, as well as the façade.
The Japanese-style three-star plus hotel for PT Gunawan Tarikino Venture Hotelindo is situated near one of Indonesia's main industrial areas and features ten floors comprising approximately 100 guest rooms and 100 studio apartments. It includes a basement for utilities and car park, a ground floor with lobby, reception and office rooms, as well as an upper floor for restaurant, kitchen and fitness centre.

The four-star Margo Hotel features twelve floors with 288 rooms, including two restaurants and a swimming pool.
The hotel is situated adjacent to the Margo City Mall which was built by BAM a few years ago for the same client, PT Puri Dibya Property, part of the Djarum Group.
