Five GREEN CREATIVE products selected for the IES 2014 Progress Report

GREEN CREATIVE announces the selection of its BR30 8W CLOUD, A19 9W, A19 9W 277V, MR16 7W and MR16 4W lamps by the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) for the 2014 Progress Report. Each year the IES's prestigious Progress Report showcases unique and innovative products significant to the lighting industry. The IES Progress Committee is dedicated to following developments in the art and science of lighting throughout the world and prepares the Progress Report as a yearly review of achievements for the Illuminating Engineering Society. Accepted products were presented at the IES Annual Conference held in Pittsburgh, PA on November 3rd.

Submitting products for the second time, GREEN CREATIVE went five for five on submissions. "We are very happy to have five of our products selected for the IES 2014 progress report." Says GREEN CREATIVE's Marketing Manager Matt Leonard, "These products are a statement of our ability to not only stay current on technology, but also stand with industry leaders in terms of energy efficiency, quality and innovation."

One product recognized was the new BR30 8W CLOUD lamp. A member of GREEN CREATIVE'S TITANIUM LED SERIES 4.0, this ENERGY STAR certified lamp weighs less than 100g and features a revolutionary design that is 60% lighter than the previous generation BR30.

Joining the BR30 8W CLOUD lamp in the 2014 Progress Report are the ENERGY STAR certified A19 9W and A19 9W 277V lamps. These 60W replacements meet the new ENERGY STAR V1.1 requirements for standard A-lamps with an omnidirectional 300° beam angle and evenly distributed light intensity. Featuring a traditional A19 form factor, these lamps offer uniform light distribution while emitting 65% more lumens than what is required by ENERGY STAR in the 135° to 180° degree zone.

GREEN CREATIVE also saw two MR16 lamps accepted into the Progress Report: the MR16 7W and the MR16 4W. At 80 LPW, the MR16 7W is one of the most efficient 50W MR16 halogen replacements available. The MR16 4W emits 270 lumens and its smooth heat sink and full-face optic allow the lamp to fill fixtures completely when illuminated. Both lamps are ENERGY STAR certified, suitable for use in totally enclosed fixtures and have a 1:1 halogen form factor.

These products are available through GREEN CREATIVE distributors and are ready to ship from the company's west coast and east coast distribution centers.
