National recognition from CertainTeed for outstanding remodeling project

CertainTeed Corporation recognized Rogers Development Corporation, Babylon, New York, with the Remodeler Project of the Quarter award for exemplary craftsmanship in a recent residential remodeling project. The Remodeler Project of the Quarter is an opportunity for remodelers using multiple CertainTeed products to receive recognition for outstanding renovations. The six-month, complete exterior residential remodel featured Landmark roofing shingles in Moire Black, Cedar Impressions Shake (Gable Wall) in Charcoal Grey and white Restoration Millwork exterior trim.

"Our main focus with this project was the exterior of the 1900s home, which needed a complete overhaul. The façade was deteriorating and we wanted to give the historic Babylon home dimension and curb appeal. For an undeniably durable product with a timeless look, we always direct our customers to CertainTeed products," said Ken Rogers, owner of Rogers Development. "Our goal with this renovation was for the house to catch your eye as you pass through the village. The home owner is exceptionally pleased with the finished product, as are we."

"We are proud to congratulate Rogers Development Corporation on their award-winning project performance, along with their strong commitment to homeowner happiness," said John Violante, manager, residential builder and remodeler programs at CertainTeed. "Rogers Development has been a loyal CertainTeed customer for over a decade and we are pleased to showcase their dedication to customer service and professional, high-quality work by awarding them the Remodeler Project of the Quarter."
