Skanska invests EUR 37 M in phase II of office project in Wroclaw, Poland

The Dominikanski office complex in Wroclaw, Poland, with a total leasable space of around 40,000 square meters, will comprise of 2 underground levels and 7 storeys above ground. The first phase of the project started in the second quarter of 2013 will be finalized in the second quarter of 2015. The second phase will have a total leasable space of around 24,000 square meters and is to be completed in the third quarter of 2015.

Dominikanski is Skanska's fourth office project in Wroclaw, after Grunwaldzki Center, Green Towers and Green Day, opened in March 2014. The office complex is pre-certified as LEED Gold, and will offer tenants an innovative working environment in a central location. The project includes revitalization of the historic Oppersdorf Palace, which Skanska brings back to life as part of the complex.
