Emcor subsidiary wins contracts at multiple government entities across the U.S.

Emcor Group, Inc. (NYSE: EME) announced that its subsidiary, Emcor Government Services (EGS), has been awarded four contracts to perform facilities maintenance services for four different government entities at varied locations across the United States.

Emcor Government Services' recent project awards include:

U.S. Coast Guard Training Center (Yorktown, VA) – EGS will be responsible for performing all aspects of facilities maintenance and providing a comprehensive range of services at the campus 24/7. Scope of work includes customer service, operations and maintenance, and repair of designated buildings, janitorial services at such buildings, grounds maintenance and landscaping.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (multiple locations throughout AZ) – EGS will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance programs for a range of owned and direct-leased operated facilities throughout the Arizona Region. Scope of work includes provision of all preventative maintenance, remedial maintenance, and repairs on the facilities.

Government Accountability Office (Washington, D.C.) - EGS will be responsible for a comprehensive facilities management program for one of the largest government facilities in Washington, D.C. Scope of work includes repair, janitorial services, minor construction, exterior maintenance, elevator maintenance, snow removal, fire protection systems maintenance, pest control, trash removal, moving and laborer services, and task order work.

Hubert H. Humphrey Building/Department Of Health And Human Services Headquarters (Washington, D.C.) - EGS will be responsible for a comprehensive range of facility operations and maintenance services. Scope of work includes all janitorial services, exterior maintenance services, repairs, pest control, energy performance evaluation and improvement services.
