Milaneo brings more than 70 new retail names to Stuttgart

93% of the retail space in the Milaneo shopping center in Stuttgart has been leased; negotiations are under way for the remaining areas. In total, Milaneo will offer more than 70 retailers not yet seen in the city, including well-known companies like fashion labels Liebeskind, Replay, Calzedonia, Calida, Triumph and Digel, the international menswear brand based in Nagold. Baden-Württemberg's capital will see some new food names too: Wajos, a gourmet specialty shop, Metzgerei Dietz and Bäckerei Maurer, as well as the fruit and vegetable market Green Tomato.

ECE and STRABAG Real Estate also garnered some renowned brands as their anchor tenants, and six of them are making their Stuttgart debut: Primark, the Inditex labels Zara Home, Pull & Bear and Bershka, fashion retailer Reserved and food outlet tegut, which specializes in organic products. Fashion retailers H&M, Zara, Vero Moda and Jack & Jones will also number among them with their largest Stuttgart branches, and the Mango location will be one of the chain's largest in Germany.

Another Stuttgart first will be Kiko, an Italian manufacturer of professional cosmetics. Kiko offers a broad range of makeup and products for facial and body care. Debuts in shoe fashion include crocs, famous for their unusual resin sandals, and two additional brands in Stuttgart: run² by Runners Point and Isico Sports. Both shops specialize in running shoes.

The big day will be October 9: That is when Milaneo's 200-plus shops will open over a retail area of 43,000 square meters. The focus will be on the textile and fashion segment, which occupies 60% of the space. One highlight will be a lavish food court. There, visitors can choose from 12 different vendors with seating for around 400 people. There will also be outdoor eateries right on Mailänder Platz (Milan Square). With a total of more than 20 retailers and seating for over 1,000 people, Milaneo will boast the largest and most varied selection of dining in Stuttgart. It will include well-known brands like McDonald's, Nordsee, Hans im Glück, Dunkin' Donuts and Segafredo, as well as local businesses such as todi's and El Chico. A first for Stuttgart: GinYuu, a specialist in Pan-Asian/Pacific cuisine.
