Skanska has signed a conditional agreement for the sale of the property Gullbergsvass 5:26 in Gothenburg, Sweden. The buyer is Platzer, and the conditions of the agreement have now been fulfilled. The office building on Kilsgatan, close to the central station in Gothenburg, has been completed during the autumn, with a total leasable area of about 16,700 square meters. The building has a high environmental standard with several environmental and climate-smart solutions, such as solar cells to decrease the net consumption of electricity. The building has been pre-certified to LEED Platinum and EU Green Building, which means that the building's energy consumption will be more than 25 percent lower than the standard requirements for new buildings.

The company's operations are concentrated in the three metropolitan regions in Sweden, the Copenhagen region in Denmark, the Oslo region in Norway, as well as Helsinki in Finland.
