| SNC-Lavalin announces new appointment SNC-Lavalin Inc. (TSX: SNC) announces the appointment of Erik J. Ryan to the newly created role of Executive Vice-President, Marketing, Strategy and External Relations effective November 1, 2013. Based in Montreal and reporting to the President and CEO, Mr. Ryan will be responsible for SNC-Lavalin's strategic planning, corporate marketing, corporate communications, government and aboriginal affairs, and mergers and acquisitions.
