Two Ramboll talents in top 100

Danish engineering consultancy firm Ramboll said that Senior Project Manager, Morten Hansen and Department Director, Søren Skovgård Møller have been singled out as two of Denmark's young business talents.

Leadership and business development. Those are the elements that make work-life worth living for the two Ramboll talents featured in the special edition 'Talent 100' of the leading Danish business magazine 'Berlingske Business Magasin.' The magazine has selected the talents based on nominations from Danish companies. Some of the main selection criteria were professional qualifications, leadership gift, significant results and an age limit of 35.

Søren Skovgård Møller stepped in as department director for Ramboll Oil & Gas's Pipelines and Subsea Department in January 2012 and since then the department has seen an impressive 70% growth in staff and experienced increased international anchoring. A number of significant project wins have included the FEED and detailed design of the record-breaking Polarled pipeline and the Gina Krog gas export pipeline; both for Statoil.

Søren was nominated in the category 'Leadership.' Aside from his Master's degree in Engineering Physics, he holds executive training from the Danish military combined with subsequent management training and courses.

Morten Hansen belongs to Ramboll's Transport Division where he works on designing bridges, roads and infrastructure projects on an international scale. With his professional roots in structural engineering, Morten is one of Ramboll's pioneers and business developers within offshoring and global team work; among other things he has been stationed in India where he acted as liaison officer. To Morten it is a strong professional driver to be able to develop within the company.
