| Topping out ahead of schedule at Multifunctional Complex, Moscow  The project team at International Center Development's Multifunctional Complex in Moscow, Russia, topped out the building's concrete superstructure seven weeks ahead of schedule.The Complex is a 17-story, 193,000-square-meter (2.08-million-square-foot) building overlooking the Moscow River, which will include retail, conference, and commercial office space, and an additional five levels of underground parking.
