| Mott MacDonald appoints new managing director Mott MacDonald has appointed Andy Willis as managing director of its programme and commercial management business. He succeeds Chris Spearing who has become managing director of the company's water and environment division. The consultancy's programme and commercial management business has grown 15% year on year for the last five years.
