New multi-chromatic blend fascia colors

CertainTeed Corporation expanded its EverNew LT Cellular PVC Decking fascia color palette to include its popular multi-chromatic colors — Jatoba and Spanish Cedar. The new multi-chromatic blend fascia colors match existing components of the EverNew LT product line. The fascia, which features an authentic wood grain texture, can easily be used to conceal decking infrastructure and finish stairs or framing — achieving a polished look for unique outdoor living spaces.

"We've received glowing reviews since we introduced the exotic hardwood colors to our composite decking line last spring," says Patti Pellock, senior marketing manager for CertainTeed's Fence, Railing and Deck division. "Adding new colors of EverNew LT fascia provides building professionals with everything they need to create a striking, low-maintenance deck for their customers."

With this color expansion, the ½ inch by 11-3/4 inch by 12-foot fascia is now available in all six EverNew LT decking colors, which include Jatoba, Spanish Cedar, Greystone, Dune, Saddle and Sequoia.

Consisting of a solid cellular PVC core, EverNew LT emulates the look and feel of wood, with all the advantages of a wood alternative. It never needs painting or staining, will not splinter, warp or rot, and is highly resistant to wood-boring insects. Adding to the product's appeal is its patent-pending, fusion-bonded Lumenite surface technology, which creates a shield of protection from mold, stains and fading. The Lumenite surface is also solar-reflective, making it cool to the touch, even on hot days. The product is backed by the industry's only 25-year Stain and Fade Resistance Warranty, as well as CertainTeed's lifetime, limited performance warranty.

EverNew LT requires very little maintenance — occasional washing with a standard garden hose will remove dirt and spills. The product also carries a Class 1(A) fire rating, giving it superior fire resistance.
