Hochtief expands property management for logistics real estate

With immediate effect German construction giant Hochtief will be providing property management services to CBRE Global Investors Germany at the LZA III Logistics Center in Hamburg-Altenwerder, and for Deka Immobilien Investment at Magna-Park in Fuldabrück, near Kassel. The company is thus expanding its management of logistics real estate to an area of two-and-a-half million square meters.

The Essen-based service provider is handling all commercial and technical management, as well as warranty management at the two newly acquired locations. The company is also responsible for lettings at the LZA III Logistics Center in Hamburg.

According to the latest Property Management Report 2011 from Bell Management Consultants, Hochtief ranks in first place for the management of logistics real estate. The asset managers surveyed gave HOCHTIEF especially high marks for its commercial and technical competence and for fulfilling client expectations.
