| Collegio sells 49 apartments to Bouwfonds Swedish private property company Collegio, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has sold three properties comprising a total of 49 apartments for SEK 90m (€10.1m). The assets are located in Barkaby and Täby in Stockholm's outskirts from property fund Bouwfonds. Savills will also manage the properties for Bouwfonds.
