| Henderson disposes of further 25% stake in the Brewery, Romford Henderson Global Investors, on behalf of the £1 billion Henderson Retail Warehouse Fund, has completed the sale of a further 25% stake in the Brewery in Romford to PRUPIM, on behalf of its M&G Pooled Pension Property Fund, for £44.5 million. PRUPIM bought a 25% share in the asset in July for £44.2 million, on behalf of a different fund, raising its current stake to 50%. The price reflects a net initial yield of 6% for PRUPIM.
