| The Lex Wins PARAGON Award for Best Student Housing Community Buckingham Companies announced that The Lex apartment community has been selected to receive the 2010 PARAGON Award for the Specialty - Student Housing Category. Awarded by the National Apartment Association (NAA), the PARAGON Award celebrates builders, industry professionals and affiliated apartment associations that make unique contributions to the industry, recognizing excellence and leadership in rental housing. The Lex will receive its PARAGON award during the 2010 NAA Education Conference & Exposition scheduled June 24-26 in New Orleans. It will also be featured in the September 2010 issue of units magazine, a monthly publication that reports on the apartment industry.
