Savills Ireland appoints new Chairman and Head of Residential

International real estate advisor Savills, one of the leading property agents in Ireland, has appointed a new Chairman and new Head of Residential for the Irish market.

Larry Brennan has been appointed Chairman. Larry joined Savills (previously Hamilton Osborne King) over 20 years ago and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 1998. Most of his career has been spent heading up the Retail division and he has worked on the most successful retail schemes in the country including Dundrum, Liffey Valley, Pavilions and Jervis. Larry's appointment follows the retirement of Aidan O'Hogan who will continue to act as a consultant for Savills.

Ronan O'Driscoll has been appointed Head of Residential. Ronan joined the company in 1988 and since then has been working in the New Homes division becoming a Director in 1997. Since 1988 Ronan has sold over 50,000 New Homes in Ireland and has worked on schemes for many of the country's leading property development companies including Park Developments, Shannon Homes, Albany Homes, Manor Park and Castlethorn.
