| Savills appointed for leasing at One New Change development Land Securities has appointed Savills to work alongside DTZ on the leasing of the remaining 205,000 sq ft of office space at its One New Change development in the City of London. The 550,000 sq ft mixed-use development is on schedule for completion in October this year with over a third of the office space pre-let to K&L Gates and approximately half of the retail space either let or reserved to retailers including Hobbs, H&M, Topshop and Marks and Spencer. The Jean Nouvel designed building enjoys stunning views of St Paul's Cathedral and is set to become the new heart of the City. Its spectacular setting and high quality office space means One New Change will offer occupiers one of the most prestigious HQ premises in the City. The DTZ team is led by Tim Plumbe and the Savills team will be led by Phillip Pearce and Peter Thursfield. Their appointment is effective immediately.
