| Barratt chosen as HCA delivery partner in England The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) announced that Barratt Developments has been appointed to its Delivery Partner Panels in each of the Northern, Central and Southern regions. Barratt is one of only two major housebuilders appointed to all three panels. It is now in a position to bid for further major projects on HCA and Local Authority-owned land across the country.
