Emcor to install systems for Maricopa County Court Tower

Emcor Group, Inc. announced that its University Mechanical & Engineering Contractors (UMEC) subsidiary has received a contract for the installation of mechanical systems for the new Maricopa County Court Tower in Phoenix, Arizona. UMEC will be responsible for the installation of the mechanical systems, including HVAC equipment and piping, ductwork and control system, plumbing piping, fixtures and equipment within the 695, 000 square foot, 16-story, 32-courtroom facility. The facility includes criminal court rooms, jury assembly, in-custody holding area, underground parking, secure judicial chambers, victims and witness waiting areas, media accommodations, high security entry and queuing.
