| Shaw announces 4Q and FY 2009 earnings conference call The Shaw Group Inc. announced it will hold a conference call Thursday, Oct. 29, 2009, at 5 p.m. Eastern time (4 p.m. Central time) to discuss the company's financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2009. Shaw will release the financial results one hour prior to the call at approximately 4 p.m. Eastern time that same day.
