| NCC to build Töcksfors Retail Park NCC Construction Sweden has signed a contract with Töcksfors Handelspark AB to build the first stage of Töcksfors Retail Park in Årjäng Municipality in Sweden. The first stage will comprise a total of 34,500 square meters divided between two major two-storey buildings with an adjacent outdoor facility. The contract includes both technical infrastructure and construction and will allow construction to begin in the autumn of 2009. The retail park is expected to be completed before Easter 2011.
