| Hochtief reports further lessee for Trianon office building in Prague Hochtief Development Czech Republic, the Czech subsidiary of Hochtief Projektentwicklung, has recently leased 2,600 square meters of space in Prague's Trianon office building to Alwil Software. This brings the total of leased area to more than 19,000 square meters - or over 96 percent.
