Space saving hangar door for relocatable modular hangars

Marshall Business Aviation, part of the privately-owned aerospace engineering company Marshall Aerospace based in the UK, recently needed to increase their hangar capacity to meet requirements for a new dedicated corporate aircraft maintenance facility, whilst reducing capital expenditure and creating lower operating costs. Rather than build a traditional Hangar, Marshall decided to contact Freespan (Sprung) who offered a relocatable, energy efficient and rapidly built modular hangar.

Megadoor provided a door to complement the Sprung hangar facility which did not require any side pockets or floor tracks and had a faster opening/closing speed to reduce heat loss. "Sprung and Megadoor, were the only suppliers to tick all the boxes and they delivered everything they promised – a superb hangar, built on time and on budget, with all the benefits we expected".
