| Emaar Pakistan to construct community in Islamabad Emaar Pakistan, the country-subsidiary of global property developer Emaar PJSC, awarded the contract for construction of 80 Alma Townhomes at Canyon Views in Islamabad to Habib Rafique (Pvt) Ltd (HRL). Work on the townhomes will commence shortly and is scheduled for completion in March, 2011. Earthwork of Alma Townhomes has already been completed, which comprised leveling the areas as per design, excavation of existing material and filling at designated locations according to the masterplan.
