Custom lighting integrates fan mechanism and mesh fan cover

Meyda Custom Lighting continues to create custom lighting solutions every day. Most recently the firm has integrated a lighting innovation with energy efficient fan technology to create the 42-inch wide Tempo Mission Chandel-Air, a customizable lighting fixture that integrates a fan mechanism. Meyda Lighting will custom design and custom build any lighting fixture with an operable fan built-into the unit. Meyda Lighting is a Meyda Tiffany company and a manufacturer of decorative and custom lighting.

The Tempo Mission "Chandel-Air" features an art glass Mission styled shade transformed into a decorative/functional casement for a fan, with a unique mesh that conceals the fan mechanism. Meyda's Tempo Mission design features Beige Iridescent art glass panels with Root Beer-colored glass accents. It is handcrafted in Yorkville, New York by highly skilled Meyda artisans. Designed with a width of 42 inches, the fixture can be adjusted to accommodate flat or vaulted ceilings of any pitch or height. It operates with a two-circuit remote control with three-speed fan control and dimming capabilities.

With unlimited custom options, the "Chandel-Air" can be produced in nearly any design in the Meyda library or any custom design imaginable. This innovation can be manufactured in nearly any size, color or finish to meet exact specifications, for residential or commercial applications.

Designed as an energy saver, the "Chandel-Air" can be used to pull hot air up and keep the space cool in the summer, and reversed in the winter to push down hot air and maintain warmth.

Patent is pending.
