| ECE Türkiye awarded as Foreign Investor of the Year ECE Türkiye has been awarded for the investment of the Espark Shopping Center in Eskişehir. During a gala at the Eskişehir Enterprising Industrials' & Businessmen's Association (EGSİAD), Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan handed over the award "Foreign Investor of the Year 2008" to Andreas Hohlmann, General Manager of ECE Türkiye. Espark is the largest shopping center in Eskişehir, a city in Mid-West Anatolia with 700,000 inhabitants. The leasable area of Espark sums up to approx. 45,000 sqm leasing area. The gallery houses more than 140 shops as well as 1,150 parking spaces.
