New tenant for Capital Square in Budapest

Capital Square in Budapest can look forward to a new tenant: Hochtief Projektentwicklung's subsidiary Hochtief Develoment Hungary has concluded a lease contract for 1,200 square meters of space with AAM Vezetoi Informatikai Tanácsadó. The consultancy firm will relocate to the office building on Váci út in July this year. This means that 40 percent of the space in Capital Square has been let before the property is completed. Even before construction work commenced, the complex had already been purchased by CA Immo International.

Capital Square is being erected under a two-phase time schedule on the streets Váci út and Dráva utca, Budpest's most important office location, close to the city center. The new property will comprise three separate buildings which are linked via central infrastructure cores and enclose greened inner courtyards. Hochtief Development Hungary will complete the complex with a total gross floor area of 32,500 square meters - of which some 1,300 square meters at grade will be used for office, retail and service premises - by August 2009.
