| Central TX Investors Club of Waco hosts Jim Watkins The Central Texas Investors Club, located in Waco announces their January 26 monthly meeting. Speaking will be Jim Watkins of DFW Mentor and Help Foreclosure Pets. He will present strategies and tips that any rental property owner should know and use. Jim Watkins, owns and operates http://DFWMentor.com and http://HelpForeclosurepets.com Jim has appeared as the featured speaker at investor clubs throughout Texas and he was the main speaker at the Dallas Convention Center for the 2008 Construction Expo. Jim has instructed his classes for Foreclosure Listing Service, DFWREIN - Dallas Fort Worth Real Estate Investors Network and Kaplan Professional School of Real Estate (MCE certified with TREC). Jim served as the Operations Manager for one of the largest residential property management companies in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was placed in charge of over 50 properties that had been losing over $15,000 per month. Eight months later those properties combined for a monthly profit of over $10,000.
