Matrix Service awarded a construction contract in New Jersey

Matrix Service Co., a leading industrial services company, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Matrix Service Industrial Contractors, Inc. (MSICI), has been awarded a construction contract from PSEG Fossil LLC for the construction of a Selective Catalytic Reactor (SCR) project at its Hudson Generating Station in Jersey City, New Jersey. PSEG Fossil LLC is an indirect subsidiary of Public Service Enterprise Group. MSICI's work on this project is expected to be approximately $38 million.

MSICI's scope of work will entail construction of the steel plate structure of the SCR in support of the Backend Technology Project at the Hudson Generating Station Unit #2. Work on the project will begin this month and is expected to be completed by October 2010.
