| ABB to review EU Commission’s findings Switzerland-based engineering company ABB confirmed that it has received a Statement of Objections from the European Commission alleging anti-competitive practices among a number of power transformer producers. This is part of the ongoing investigation in the power transformer business, for which the European Commission conducted dawn raids at the premises of an ABB unit in Bad Honnef, Germany, in February 2007.
