Impregilo to sell hydroelectric plant in Brazil

Impregilo International Infrastructures N.V. sells its 50% shareholding in Brazil's "Ponte de Pedra Energetica" company to the Suez-Tractebel Group for 296 million real (approximately 114 million euro). Closing and execution are expected to take place by the end of June 2008.

Impregilo International Infrastructures N.V. (the Group's concessions holding) and Skanska group have signed an agreement to sell 100% of the capital of "Ponte de Pedra Energetica", a Brazilian power generator and distributor, to the Suez-Tractebel Group.

The agreement sets the overall value of the transaction at 592 real (approximately 228 million euro at the current exchange rate), of which 296 million real (approximately 114 million euro) for the 50% share held by Impregilo International Infrastructures N.V.
