| Galeria Baltycka named the best development of the year 2007  Galeria Baltycka, Gdansk, received two main prizes in CIJ Awards 2007 competition, organized by the Construction & Investment Journal. Galeria Baltycka was awarded in two categories: for the best shopping center development and the best overall development of the year 2007 in Poland. The prizes went to the projects that had been recognized as outstanding achievements in the real estate development in Poland.
