| Johns Manville to build new TPO facility in Alabama Denver-based Johns Manville (JM), a leading manufacturer and marketer of building and engineered products, announced that it will manufacture thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing membrane beginning in the second half of 2008. The company has invested in a new state-of-the-art TPO manufacturing operation located in Scottsboro, Alabama. Johns Manville will manufacture TPO in 10-foot widths for use in commercial and industrial mechanically attached and fully adhered roofing systems.
