| Savills expands European investment team Savills has recruited James Cogavin to join as an associate of its European investment team. James joins Savills after two and a half years at Churston Heard, where he formerly specialised in outward Irish investment. His new role in the cross-border investment team will be focussed on a small number of Irish and UK investors with active pan-European buying requirements, sourcing and managing investment transactions through the Savills European network.
