| Turner to construct $180 million Granby Tower in Norfolk, Virginia Turner Construction Company has been selected by the Marathon Development Group to serve as the general contractor for the $180 million residential Granby Tower in Norfolk, Va. When complete in November 2009, the one million square foot., mixed-use complex will feature luxury condominiums, offices and shops. The 31-story tower will feature over 300 residential units, 13,000-sq.-ft. of retail space and a six story parking garage.
