| Rajaville Oulu and Nord Element operations merged Consolis Finnish subsidiary Parma Oy, has sold its Rajaville operations in Oulu and the Rajaville name to Nord Element Oy. Nord Element is owned by Finnish companies Betset Oy, Ruskon Betoni Oy and Ylitornion Betonituote Oy. Parma will become owner of Nord Element with 47,5 % shareholding. Nord Element, which will be renamed Rajaville Oy, has then two concrete element factories, one in Oulu and one in Haukipudas. The company has 200 employees, who will all continue in the company as former employees. The yearly budgeted turnover of the new company will be around 25 M€. Ilkka Kangas, M.Sc. (Tech.) has been appointed Managing Director of the company.
