| Multiplex to commence construction of hospitals in Peterborough Multiplex Constructions (UK) Limited and Multiplex Facilities Management (UK) Limited have signed contracts with Peterborough (Progress Health) plc for the design, construction and operation of three new heath care facilities in Peterborough UK, procured under the UK Private Finance Initiative. Progress Health is a special purpose vehicle, owned by Multiplex UK (30%) and Macquarie Bank (70%). Construction is scheduled to commence in early July 2007, with completion due in late 2010.
