Ferrovial announces changes in corporate structure

Ferrovial announced changes in its corporate structure as a result of the new configuration of its business following the sale of the Real Estate Division in December and the acquisition of BAA, the world's largest private airport company. The group's businesses will be organised in four divisions: Construction, Services, Toll Roads & Car Parks, and Airports.

Whereas Manuel Ruiz de Gopegui will continue as CEO of Construction company Ferrovial-Agroman, Iñigo Meirás, who currently heads the Services Division, will take charge of the new Airports Division. Santiago Olivares, who is currently head of the international area of the Services division and CEO of the handling subsidiary, Swissport, has been appointed CEO of Ferrovial Servicios. Enrique Díaz Rato, currently CEO of Cintra, will head the Toll Roads & Car Parks Division.
