Tetra Tech awarded two new contracts with General Motors

Engineering giant Tetra Tech Inc. of Pasadena, Calif. will provide General Motors with environmental data management and regulatory reporting services over the next three years. Separately, Tetra Tech will also serve as the design-build manager for GM's nationwide Wastewater Treatment Asset Sustainment Program this year. The value of the new contracts was undisclosed.

The environmental contract covers more than 160 GM facilities in 25 countries worldwide. Tetra Tech will manage Material Safety Data Sheets for all facilities; collect environmental data; manage, host, and maintain GM's central environmental database; and complete environmental regulatory reports covering air, water, waste, and toxics. Tetra Tech will also provide outputs from the database to support GM's global environmental metrics reporting and sustainability initiatives.
