Yale displays three-wheel sit-down lift truck

Yale Materials Handling Corporation announced new electric lift truck, the ERP-TH. This lift truck, available in 3,000 to 4,000 pound capacities, is designed for demanding applications that require clean, quiet-running, heavy-duty capabilities.

Features include:
- AC technology. Offers smooth acceleration with more responsive directional change, proportional regenerative braking and the Auto Deceleration System.
- Enhanced ergonomics. Truck features a low profile steering column for more leg room, and a new standard overhead guard for maximum operator headroom.
- New hydraulic control systems. Puts computer-controlled, fingertip operation of the truck's hydraulics in an economically designed armrest integrated into the operator's seat.
- Twin steer tires. Widens the rear portion of the stability triangle providing a more stable feel when turning.
