Market Central Da Vinci announces new agreements

AIG/Lincoln signed lease agreements for another 10,000 sqm at Market Central Da Vinci, which is currently under development in Rome-Fiumicino. The new tenants include H&M, one of the world's leading fashion retailers, Conforama, the world's 2nd largest retailer of home furnishings, McDonalds restaurant and Kepro, a leading distributor of health and beauty products. Postioned as a major anchor for the mix of fashion stores in the center, the H&M store at Market Central Da Vinci will be the largest in Italy. The store will feature the the complete range of the H&M apparel and accessories within 2,500 sqm of floor area.

Market Central Da Vinci retail park is located at the intersection of the A12 and Rome-Fiumicino highways and will feature a complete mix of shops and stores totalling 57,000 sqm and over 3,000 ground level parking spaces. An impressive line-up of other leading retailers includes Leroy Merlin, Media World, Decathlon, Scarpamondo, Norauto. The construction continues on schedule at Market Central Da Vinci for a Grand Opening on 6 September 2007.
