Radiant heating glass from IQ Glass

IQ Glass has introduced its IQ heating glass to the U.S. market. IQ Glass uses electricity to produce radiant heat for building interiors. Connected to the electrical wiring concealed within the walls of the room and frame of the window, IQ Glass fits in every window frame using normal mounting procedures, offers low energy consumption and prohibits condensation, according to company literature. Users can control the glass with traditional thermostats, a remote control, or a microprocessor that regulates the glass temperature. The clear glass is suitable for retrofit and new construction windows, doors, ceilings and walls.

A variety of glass types and features are available.
