Bouygues Immobilier inaugurates restructured Indosuez head office

Bouygues Immobilier Chairman and CEO François Bertière inaugurated the completely restructured 96 Haussmann building, previously the head office of Indosuez bank.

This ambitious project involved converting the 23, 000 square metre site, which comprised 11 buildings with different styles and levels and dating from several eras, into an intelligent, practical and modern 7-storey building. Today, it includes 19, 500 square metres of offices divided into three independent units, 22 apartments, five shops, three underground levels and shortly a municipal crèche with capacity for 50 children. A passageway has also been created to cross the building, between Boulevard Haussmann and Rue de la Pépinière.

Leading-edge technology was used to fit out the building. The technical feat is the result of cooperation between Bouygues Immobilier, the City of Paris, the “Architectes des Bâtiments de France”, architects’ firm Studios Ory – a specialist in prestigious renovations – the main contractor Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France Rénovation Privée and project manager Coteba Management.
