| Hochtief secures EUR 600 million syndicated multi-currency credit facility Hochtief Aktiengesellschaft signed a long term syndicated multi-currency revolving credit facility. The facility was well received in the European banking market: Following the highly successful syndication process with an oversubscription of nearly 80 percent, the facility amount was increased from EUR 500 million to EUR 600 million and the initial commitments of the participating banks were considerably scaled back. The facility is provided by an international banking syndicate. The following banks joined the Mandated Lead Arrangers/Bookrunners Citigroup Global Markets Limited (“Citigroup”), DZ BANK AG, HSBC Bank plc and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
