Less Weight, More Power: two-breaker portable compressor – Mobilair 26

Combining the well-proven with the innovative for the benefit of the customer – following this motto Kaeser have developed the new portable compressor “Mobilair 26”. The new design is a step outside the industry's well-trodden and conservative path, presenting an optical impression of its future-oriented concept with a curving, scratch-resistant, non-corroding body and integrated wheel arches. Of course, there are internal values to match the attractive looks. This portable compressor operates at a very low noise level, has an enlarged fuel tank and, depending on extra equipment, it is up to 60 kg lighter than its predecessor. Weighing less than 500 kg altogether, the M 26 is easy to manoeuvre and can be towed even by most cars. Moreover, the patented Anti-Frost Control protects the pneumatic tools against damage from frost and corrosion.

The Kaeser airend, customized for the M 26, is designed to run continuously under load, as are those fitted in stationary compressors. Air delivery is 2.6 m³/min at 7 bar. This all makes the M 26 a compact, high performance and manageable compressor of lasting value that can power two concrete breakers and is also suitable for driving a power mole (impact borer). The prime mover is a reliable water-cooled diesel engine from Kubota. A choice of extra equipment such as toolbox, tool lubricator and hose reel is available.
